JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are currently seeking a field-based Associate Territory Sales Manager who will be able to drive branded prescription sales in the metropolitan areas of Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. The Associate Territory Sales Manager will promote our portfolio of branded prescription pharmaceutical products.

The primary call point will be assigned Women's Healthcare and Urology providers in the greater Dallas, Texas metropolitan area. The primary goal is to educate providers on the features and benefits of our products to effectively grow our market share. You will be expected to develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products that enables you to engage in meaningful dialogue when calling on healthcare providers. Responsible for providing healthcare providers with all relevant information that promotes quality healthcare decisions. Employ effective selling techniques, including pre-call planning, effective opening, presentation focus, productive questions, issues identification and effective close. Ongoing training and development on our product, competitor products and continuous improvement on selling skills. Work with assigned managers to review available information provided by the management team and/or Mission Pharmacal market access team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree and one (1) year of business to business or pharmaceutical sales experience required. Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record. Candidate must reside within or near assigned geographic territory. Ability to travel including overnight travel. Strong organization skills, along with excellent oral presentation and communication skills. Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications preferred. This territory may require overnight travel (~20%), determined by their market potential and geography.
